Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Strategist that challenges the norm, pushes the creative brief, and delivers award-winning work. The role will support horizontal planning and strategic initiatives across key accounts and branding projects.
Responsibilities
- Support new and existing business and accounts with insight-led strategies.
- Produce cohesive and intelligent plans to drive campaign success and new business.
- Generate original ideas with the team to drive creative outputs.
- Identify potential problems and devise solutions across clients and accounts.
- Promote the role of Insights, Strategy and Planning across the agency.
- Examine clients' businesses, understand their brands and objectives.
- Research and gather data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients and prospects.
About you
You will be a problem solver and creative thinker, passionate about delivering great campaigns. You will be a confident presenter able to drive others to think strategically and creatively.
Qualifications
- Experience working within integrated marketing or brand/agency environment.
- Experience collaborating with in-house design, copy and execution teams.
- Exposure to research, insights distillation, and creative briefing.
- Thorough understanding of branding and execution across marketing channels; creative, analytically minded, and attuned to cultural topics.
- Experience with B2B clients is helpful.
- Enjoy engaging with and presenting to senior client stakeholders.
