TEAM LEWIS saw that support was crucial and change was needed to make that happen. Our local causes scheme was launched. Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

Purpose of the role
The Marketing Executive role provides effective and efficient support to TEAM LEWIS internal marketing efforts. This role will also involve taking the lead on, and responsibility for, ongoing marketing campaigns and related projects.

Responsibilities

  • UK Marketing Activity
    • Support the planning and execution of UK marketing activities, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
    • Proactively research and suggest opportunities to promote TEAM LEWIS and its services in the UK.
    • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    • Main point of contact for UK-based awards, including planning, social promotion, event management, and media partner liaison.
    • Participate in brainstorms and training sessions.
  • Website & Content Management
    • Act as the editor for the UK regional website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimised for SEO.
    • Manage the content calendar, organising and editing blog posts, case studies, and news updates.
    • Ensure a regular pipeline of news, announcements, and case studies for publication on the website and external channels.
    • Collaborate with designers to create engaging visual and multimedia content.
  • Email Marketing
    • Manage the production and distribution of regular email campaigns and newsletters to UK audiences.
    • Segment and target distribution lists, ensuring GDPR compliance and best practice.
    • Suggest and implement creative ideas for email outreach and engagement.
    • Monitor and report on email campaign performance.
  • Social Media & Online Marketing
    • Lead UK social media marketing activity, ensuring the region is well-represented across platforms.
    • Manage and support SEO and SEM campaigns for the UK market.
    • Monitor and analyse engagement on social media, responding as appropriate.
  • Events & Promotional Activity
    • Support UK events from speaker liaison to venue management, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders on topics, speakers, content and promotion.
    • Manage the production of marketing collateral, sourcing quotes and liaising with designers and suppliers.
  • PR & Communications
    • Coordinate and manage executive team speaking engagements, including researching opportunities, preparing briefing materials, and liaising with event organisers.
    • Support the management of the UK award programme, including identifying relevant opportunities, coordinating the creation and submission of entries, and tracking results.
    • Ensure a regular pipeline of news and announcements from the UK region, assisting with drafting, approvals, and distribution to relevant channels.
    • Identify and help create case studies that showcase TEAM LEWIS’s work, preparing them for publication on the website and external channels.
  • Promotional Materials and Collateral
    • Ensures marketing supplies are available based on requirements.
    • Identifies new requirements and provide solution ideas and costs.
    • Manages printing/production of marketing collateral, sourcing quotes and liaising with designers and printers/suppliers as necessary.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Compile and interpret reports for the monthly newsletter and other internal communications.
    • Monitor campaign performance data and contribute to marketing reports, including website, email, events, advertising, and social media activity.
    • Minutes team meetings and proactively help to drive actions to ensure projects stay on track.
    • Manage award programme including identifying opportunities and the creation and submission of entries.
    • Ensure there is a regular pipeline of news and announcements from the region, including drafting and approval process.
    • Identifies and creates a regular pipeline of case studies for publication on external channels.
  • General
    • Supports the Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team on projects and initiatives e.g. announcements; collateral; social media and content creation.
    • Be a cultural ambassador for the region and marketing; promoting initiatives internally and externally; showcasing activities and achievements on Yammer and social media.
    • Attends agency and industry events as appropriate to represent the agency.
    • Seeks ways to increase knowledge for self-improvement and to improve the team’s ability to deliver results.
    • Proactive suggestions for new processes and tools to improve efficiency and performance of the team.

About you
Proficient across marketing tactics and channels, including events, mailers and social / online is beneficial. Creative thinking and independent problem solving. Confident, excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Calmness under pressure and ability to deliver to tight deadlines. Well organised; ability to prioritise; attention to detail; a pragmatic approach. Energetic, confident, charismatic - a credible team player. Experience with CRM databases such as SharpSpring, Mailchimp or HubSpot is beneficial. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and some experience with design, photos, videos, HTML.
