    • Develop detailed project schedules, scopes of work, and resource plans.
    • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring solutions are implemented proactively.
  • Client Management
    • Act as the senior day‑to‑day contact for corporate reporting clients.
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including communications, sustainability, investor relations, legal and executive teams.
    • Lead client meetings, workshops, reporting timelines and project planning sessions.
    • Provide strategic guidance on reporting best practice, structure, storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
    • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
  • Reporting and Production Knowledge
    • Demonstrate strong understanding of corporate reporting regulations, reporting trends and best practice.
    • Work confidently within structured reporting workflows and digital reporting platforms.
    • Experience managing projects using CTRLPrint and/or Workiva is highly desirable.
    • Understanding of print production processes, proofing stages, version control and digital/interactive reporting outputs.
    • Familiarity with accessibility, tagging and online PDF requirements is advantageous.
  • Commercial and Team Management
    • Support business development opportunities, proposals and client growth initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services.
    • Mentor and support junior team members and project managers.
    • Collaborate closely with creative, production, content and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Maintain strong financial oversight of projects including budgets, forecasting, invoicing and profitability.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a Corporate Reporting Account Director or Senior Account Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of annual reporting, sustainability reporting and integrated reporting processes.
  • Experience working with listed companies, large corporates or regulated sectors.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
