We are working with a growing renewable energy company who are looking for an organised and customer-focused Heat Pump Installations Manager to join their team based in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong coordination, scheduling and customer management experience within the renewables, heating or construction sectors. You will play a key role in managing heat pump projects from deposit stage through to installation completion, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey throughout.
The Role:
- Manage heat pump projects from deposit paid through to installation completion
- Coordinate and schedule surveys and installation works
- Liaise with customers throughout the process, providing updates and support
- Work closely with engineers, surveyors and installation teams to ensure projects run efficiently
- Ensure all appointments, documentation and project timelines are accurately managed
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate internal records and project tracking systems
- Support the wider operations team with day-to-day project coordination
About You:
- Previous experience within renewables, heating, construction or property services is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
