What you'll be doing as Manufacturing Engineer:
- Programming 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC machines
- Creating tooling plans, setup sheets & production methods
- Improving manufacturing efficiency, quality & cost performance
- Supporting new product introduction projects
- Driving lean manufacturing and process improvements
- Working closely with quality and production teams

- Strong CNC programming & precision machining experience
- CAD/CAM knowledge - ideally Fusion 360 or similar
