TeamJobs are recruiting for Soldering Operatives to join our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, on a temporary to permanent basis.

What this Soldering Operative role will include:

  • Perform hand soldering, rework, and repair to IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements
  • Assemble through-hole, SMT, and mixed-technology electronic components
  • Inspect solder joints using microscopes and magnification tools to ensure Class 3 compliance
  • Read and interpret schematics and drawings
  • Quality check work to ensure it meets specifications

Requirements for this Soldering Operative Role:

  • Identify common components and equipment
  • IPC-A-610 Class 3 certification (current or previously certified)
  • Proven experience in soldering high-reliability electronic assemblies
  • Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, materials, and inspection criteria

Hours Pay for this Assembly Operative Role:

  • Monday - Friday ******am - ******pm
  • Monday to Thursday Finish at *****pm on Friday; £***** - £14 per hour, depending on experience
