CNC Turner Late Shift - Key Responsibilities

  • Set and run CNC turning machines (Fanuc controls)
  • Work on new and existing CNC programs
  • Complete machine set-ups to company standards
  • Ensure parts meet quality requirements and first-off approval process
  • Program, adjust or convert Fanuc CNC programs when required
  • Deburr and finish components to specification
  • Carry out basic machine maintenance and daily logs
  • Support quality corrective actions and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Work closely with production and tooling teams
