We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Supervisor to join a global engineering and manufacturing business in Poole.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving performance across a busy CNC machining environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting a CNC machining team
  • Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
  • Monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and OTD performance
  • Supporting training, development, and performance management
  • Ensuring high standards of H&S, TPM, and operational excellence
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous machine shop or CNC leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and CNC programming
  • Experience within Lean manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
