We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Supervisor to join a global engineering and manufacturing business in Poole.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving performance across a busy CNC machining environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities:- Leading and supporting a CNC machining team
- Driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and OTD performance
- Supporting training, development, and performance management
- Ensuring high standards of H&S, TPM, and operational excellence
- Previous machine shop or CNC leadership experience
- Strong understanding of machining processes and CNC programming
- Experience within Lean manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and people management skills
