This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent French and Dutch speaker to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer care to consumers across the Benelux region.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for consumers, handling product queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Managing customer interactions across multiple channels - including social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Proactively engaging with consumers online, ensuring timely and accurate responses that reflect the brand's tone of voice.
- Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and quality specialists to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Following clear procedures and processes to meet quality and service standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent French and Dutch speaker with strong English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic approach.
- Previous customer care experience (ideally in the food industry).
- Strong IT literacy - Google Suite, Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge (e.g. Salesforce) is a bonus.
- Flexible, positive and a real team player.
- Passion for food and nutrition.
