The role involves servicing, fault-finding, repairing and surveying movable partition systems and related products at customer sites, alongside supporting installation projects and responding to reactive call-outs when required.
Key Responsibilities- Service, maintain and repair movable wall and partition systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on-site.
- Carry out site surveys and complete digital service reports.
- Support installation teams and coordinate equipment deliveries when needed.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and stock levels.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism.
- Previous field service or maintenance engineering experience.
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service ability.
- Self-motivated with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Follow all site and company health & safety procedures.
- Report hazards, defects and incidents promptly.
