Production Operatives Wanted - to start ASAP in Horsham! Shifts available Monday-Friday 14:30-22:00 £12.21 per hour (rising to £12.65 after 12 weeks on site).
Overtime offered during busy periods.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role involves building and testing finished goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high quality standards. Assembly/production experience preferred.
Key Tasks:
- Load & run machines
- Visual inspections
- Replenish reels
- Basic testing & fault finding
Must have:
- Great attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Team Player
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions
Drug screening required before start.
This is a long-term role; we are looking for candidates who can commit beyond short-term or seasonal work. Students seeking temporary summer employment will not be considered.
