What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and improve production equipment to maximise up-time and streamline operations.
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs, ensuring safe and efficient production.
  • Manage a Planned Maintenance System, working proactively to prevent downtime.
  • Develop technical documents and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners on equipment maintenance and spare parts.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.

What We're Looking For:

  • Manufacturing or Engineering background, ideally with an engineering apprenticeship or HNC qualification.
  • Hands-on experience in a medium-to-high volume production environment.
  • Strong automation knowledge, including PLC logic and pneumatic system diagnostics.
  • Mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills with experience using diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to write clear technical documentation.
