TeamJobs is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assembly Operative based in Feltham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company within the aerospace sector.

The Role

You will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, machinery, and components. Duties include identifying parts that require replacement, ordering new components when needed, and carrying out tasks in line with established procedures under supervision.

  • Pay: £13.59 per hour
  • Shift: 4 on, 4 off
  • Hours: 6:30am - 6:30pm (12‑hour shifts)
  • Location: Feltham

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates may have completed, or be willing to complete, an apprenticeship or formal training in a relevant field. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a good understanding of common mechanical concepts and practices.

This role follows clear instructions and established guidelines, working under supervision. It is well‑suited to someone looking to build or develop their experience within the aerospace industry. Full BPSS Screening (Baseline Personnel Security Standard), including proof of Legal Right to Work, Criminal Records Check (UK DBS) and Drugs Screening. Due to security requirements on this site, all worker's nationality needs to be UK, EU or NATO.
