Production Machine Operator – starting £12.21 per hour – Fernhurst – Starting ASAP TeamJobs are currently working with a fantastic company, recruiting for an additional Embroidery Machine Operator to join their team. Responsibilities of this Embroidery Machine Operator role: Precisely craft personalised items using hot foil embossing, digital embroidery, and engraving. Ensure every personalised product meets high standards through rigorous quality checks. Collaborate with teams to resolve personalisation challenges and explore new possibilities. Innovate and refine personalisation processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Accurately manage orders, promptly reporting any issues. Provide essential support to other warehouse departments as needed. Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Security guidelines.Requirements for this Production Machine Operator role: Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to achieving excellence Highly organised, able to work efficiently and effectively even under pressure creative problem-solver with a passion for process improvement.
