Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday Rotational Shifts 6.00 - 15.00 & 15.00 - 00.00 42.5 hour per week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts, and warehouse
- Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
- Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety, and profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
- Track record of delivering output in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
- A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
- Experience within managing teams in the Automotive, FMCG, Recycling/waste processing or Logistic sectors at a high-volume is beneficial
