Head of Operations - FMCG Manufacturing Team Jobs are recruiting exclusively for a Head of Operations to join a successful, growing FMCG manufacturing business at an exciting stage of its development.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across Production, Bottling, Warehouse and Logistics, with the opportunity to genuinely influence how the operation develops as the business continues to grow.
We re looking for someone who can operate strategically, bring departments together and develop the people, processes and performance needed to support future growth - while remaining visible and connected to the day-to-day operation.
Package Salary up to 80,000 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Permanent position The Role You ll take overall responsibility for Production, Bottling, Warehouse and Logistics, ensuring the operation delivers against safety, quality, service, cost and performance targets.
Working closely with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Technical and Laboratory teams, you ll ensure departments are aligned and working towards the same operational and business goals.
You ll also play a key role in shaping the future operation - reviewing capacity, structure, processes, systems and investment as the business grows.
