Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams across yard, production, parts, and warehouse
  • Take ownership of shift performance and operational decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards while optimising productivity
  • Deliver results across output, efficiency, safety, and profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large teams in a busy production or manufacturing environment
  • A data-driven leader with strong commercial awareness
  • Demonstrated success in improving performance and reducing waste
  • Experience within automotive or high-volume production environments is advantageous
