We're looking for someone who knows warehouse operations inside out, can lead by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in! This is a hands-on position with real responsibility, including supporting the warehouse team and stepping up in the Warehouse Manager's absence. What you'll be doing Managing goods in, stock control, picking, packing and despatch. Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment. Keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. Supporting and coordinating the warehouse team. Deputising for the Warehouse Manager when required. Maintaining health & safety and warehouse standards. What we're looking for Strong warehouse experience - essential. Forklift experience. Experience with stock control and warehouse systems. Good IT skills, including Excel. Confident, organised and able to take responsibility. Previous team-leading experience would be an advantage.
