Assembly Operative – Fareham – Starting ASAP – £12.75 – £14.00 per hour DOE\\n\\nTeamJobs are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, on a temporary to permanent basis.\\n\\nWhat this Assembly Operative role will include:\\n\\nPerform hand soldering, rework, and repair to IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements\\nAssemble through-hole, SMT, and mixed-technology electronic components\\nInspect solder joints using microscopes and magnification tools to ensure Class 3 compliance\\nRead and interpret schematics and drawings\\nQuality check work to ensure it meets specificationsRequirements for this Assembly Operative Role:\\n\\nIdentify common components and equipment\\nIPC-A-610 Class 3 certification (current or previously certified)\\nProven experience in soldering high-reliability electronic assemblies\\nStrong knowledge of soldering techniques, materials, and inspection criteriaHours & Pay for this Assembly Operative Role:\\n\\nMonday – Friday\\n7/7.30am – 4/4.30pm Monday to Thursday & Finish at 12.30pm on Friday;\\n£12.75 – £14 per hour, depending on experienceWhy work for us?\\n\\nWeekly pay every Friday\\nTemp to perm roleIf you are interested in this opportunity, please click 'apply' today and the team will be in touch to discuss the role!\\n\\nINDIT
