Ecommerce Content & Social Commerce Executive (D2C & TikTok Shop) Location: Woking/ Hybrid 3 days office 2 days WFH. Salary: £35,000-£43,000 DOE + bonus + excellent benefits. About the Company My client is a global consumer goods business with an innovative portfolio of leading products across home appliances and stunning lifestyle categories, sold through major retailers and ecommerce platforms across EMEA. Now looking to hire an Ecommerce Content & Social Commerce Exec to support the content strategy, merchandising, optimization and social commerce growth agenda across the D2C websites and TikTok Shop. This role will focus on enhancing product discoverability, improving customer engagement and supporting revenue growth through best-in-class content, creator collaboration and optimisation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Website Content & Optimisation Content Strategy & Merchandising * Merchandise homepage, seasonal pages, campaign pages and category pages. * Upload and maintain content within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). * Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and content engagement. SEO & Product Optimisation * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. * Develop product page optimisation recommendations. Content Quality & Experience * Conduct regular website audits to assess content quality and consistency. * Recommend enhancements to improve conversion and customer experience. * Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and ecommerce best practice. Affiliate Agency Management * Act as key operational contact for affiliate agency. * Support affiliate campaigns through content sharing and voucher code setup. Performance Marketing Support * Collate creative assets and campaign messaging for paid media. * Support campaign planning with insight-led recommendations. * Manage Google Merchant Centre to support Google Shopping campaigns Review & Advocacy Programmes * Support review generation initiatives and advocacy campaigns. * Partner with review platforms and consumer communities to increase authentic customer content and ratings. TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Content & Listing Optimisation * Working with agency, own optimisation of product listings in TikTok Seller Centre. * Conduct keyword research and implement listing improvements. * Develop content strategies that improve discovery, engagement, and conversion. * Work alongside agency partners to implement pricing recommendations, flash offers and promotional activities. Affiliate & Creator Programme * Work with agency partner to develop affiliate relationships * Identify content opportunities, campaign hooks and creator concepts. * Support creator sampling programmes and track product seeding activities. * Support creator communications, incentive programmes, campaign & live briefing materials. Reporting & Insights * Share competitor, creator and social commerce insights with the wider business. Skills & Experience * Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, social commerce or a similar role. * Experience updating website content using a CMS or e-commerce platform. * Good understanding of e-commerce and the online customer journey. * Experience supporting influencer, creator or product sampling campaigns is beneficial. * TikTok Shop experience is an advantage but not essential. * Strong organisation and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Comfortable using Excel/spreadsheets and basic reporting. * Proactive, willing to learn and interested in e-commerce and social media trends.
