Contract: Permanent – £27,000 to £30,000 per year.
Key Logistics: Mandatory licence to drive; Will travel daily within the territory. A company van, laptop, phone, tools, and uniform will be provided.
Role Summary: Responsible for installing and configuring digital home care systems, performing maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensuring safety standards. Work closely with clients in their homes to deliver high-quality installations.
Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Technical ability: competent at general installations using DIY and power tools.
- Communication: ensure effective communication between Sales, National Installations Manager, and other engineers.
- IT: confident with MS Office packages and accurate completion of online documentation.
- Teamwork: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver installations on time.
- Planning: proactively arrange work to meet targets.
- Problem solving: adapt quickly to changing scenarios.
- Customer service: clear communication, patience and empathy with clients.
- Driving licence: full UK driving licence required.
- English language: strong verbal and written skills.
- DBS: all candidates will be asked to complete a DBS check; not required to apply.
