Overview

Permanent role with travel across the South London, Maidstone and South Surrey patch. A company-provided van, laptop, phone, tools, uniform and travel expenses are included.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure systems, conduct general maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Interact with clients in their homes, delivering installations efficiently and to high standards with strong customer-facing skills.
  • Collaborate with Sales, the National Installations Manager, and other Installations and Service Engineers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Plan and adapt to changing requirements, staying ahead of schedules and meeting company goals.
  • Provide clear communication and documentation using MS packages to complete online records accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Technical ability: qualified/experienced to a sufficient level to conduct general installations; DIY and power tool skills.
  • Driving licence: full UK driving licence is a must.
  • Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • DBS: DBS check may be required for candidates.
