A well-established and growing precision engineering company in Poole is looking for an experienced CNC Turner - Programmer, Setter & Operator to join its skilled machining team. Working in a modern, recently refurbished facility, you'll produce high-quality precision components for a wide range of industries using Fanuc-controlled multi-axis CNC lathes.

Responsibilities:

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC multi-axis lathes using Fanuc & Manual Guide
  • Manufacturing precision components from prototypes through to medium batch production

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a subcontract precision engineering environment
  • Strong programming experience using Fanuc & Manual Guide
  • Experience operating CNC lathes with bar feed systems
  • The ability to independently set and reset machines throughout the day
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £43,000 depending on experience
  • Overtime available
  • Profit-related annual bonus
  • Salary review after 3 months based on performance
  • Annual salary reviews thereafter
  • £1,000 retention bonus after successfully completing 3 months
