CNC Supervisor - The Role
- Supervising and supporting the CNC machining team
- Planning and prioritising daily production
- Programming, setting and operating CNC machines when required
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards and delivery deadlines are achieved
- Conducting first-off inspections and supporting quality procedures
- Providing technical support and mentoring machinists
- Working closely with management to improve productivity and efficiency
- Promoting a safe, organised and professional workshop
CNC Supervisor - What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a CNC machining supervisory or team leader role
- Strong CNC programming, setting and operating background
- Experience within a subcontract precision engineering environment
- Excellent knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Competent using a wide range of inspection equipment
