A leading precision engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced CNC Turning Team Leader to join its growing production team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a CNC Turning Team Leader where you'll support the Production Manager in delivering the production schedule, leading a team of CNC machinists, and driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement across the department.
Lead and support the CNC Turning team on a daily basis.
Ensure production targets and customer delivery dates are achieved.
Monitor workflow and help resolve production issues.
Promote health & safety, quality and company standards.
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 6S and Root Cause Analysis.
Assist with training, performance reviews and team development.
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Previous CNC Turning experience.
Team Leader or Supervisory experience within manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and teamwork.
