The Role
- Setting and operating CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
- Producing precision components from engineering drawings
- Tool setting, offsets and basic program edits
- First-off and in-process inspection
- Working to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Using micrometers, verniers, height gauges and other inspection equipment
Requirements
- Previous CNC milling experience
- Fanuc control experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Competent with precision measuring equipment
- Reliable with a strong attention to detail
