What you'll bring to the table as Machine Shop Team Leader A solid machining background, experience setting and programming equipment, and confidence reading engineering drawings. You'll understand tooling, feeds, speeds and workholding, and have experience leading or supporting a team. Fanuc programming and familiarity with lean manufacturing would be useful.
