You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the day-to-day coordination of concrete services. The Role
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
- Respond to customer enquiries and website requests efficiently
- Prepare quotations for concrete products and services
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Assist with the day-to-day coordination of concrete services
- Carry out general administrative duties
- Take customer payments over the phone
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is updated correctly
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient service
About You
- Previous customer service or sales administration experience would be beneficial
- Concrete industry knowledge or experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
