Our client, a well-established supplier in the natural and organic products sector, is looking for a Territory Manager to join their growing field sales team. This role covers London postcodes and involves developing strong relationships with a variety of retail outlets, including health stores, pharmacies, farm shops, and convenience stores.
With over 18,000 products across 1,100 healthy lifestyle brands, our client offers a dynamic product range and a supportive, team-focused environment. You will be rewarded with a competitive commission structure, bonus opportunities, and a chance to be part of a values-led business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing accounts to assess commercial viability
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Promote a bi-monthly sales cycle featuring exclusive brand promotions
- Educate customers on product benefits and financial incentives
- Increase the uptake of exclusive product lines
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the wider team
- Deliver clear and engaging presentations and proposals
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide weekly activity reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and growth
- Handle additional duties as required in line with the role
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in field sales or territory management
