Since its launch in 2011, the brand has become a staple in the UK fashion industry, available in hundreds of independent retailers and major retail and e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive the brand’s growth across the UK, Ireland, and international markets. This is a critical leadership role that involves working closely with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with key accounts, and manage a talented sales team. As Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for driving sales performance across multiple channels. You will oversee the UK field sales team, the Wholesale Accounts Executive, and manage relationships with international distributors and agents. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and optimising the sales team structure to align with the company’s growth ambitions. £60,000 – £75,000 DOE 20% on-target bonus Company vehicle or car allowance Mobile phone and laptop 22 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days with length of service Early finish on Fridays during the summer months Clothing allowance Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets across all channels.
