Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales process across a range of products. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process quotations and orders accurately via phone, email and live chat, ensuring timely completion.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Make proactive outbound calls to manage accounts, generate leads, and explore new business opportunities.
- Advise customers on products to help meet their requirements and maximise sales potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quotes and orders are accurate and meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products during the sales process.
- Maintain organised sales records and perform general sales administration tasks.
- Work towards personal and team sales targets, contributing to a positive team environment.
