What You'll Do:- Handle inbound calls from European customers
- Manage bookings - create, confirm, modify or cancel
- Engage via live chat and provide outstanding service
- Upsell additional products and extended stays
- Understand customer needs and turn interest into bookings!
- Fluent in French, Spanish & English (spoken & written)
