Regional Sales Manager – South £45,000-£50,000 + 15% Bonus + Car An exciting opportunity to work for a well-known international brand managing national wholesale accounts (south) within the professional hairdressing Industry. A field/remote based position with the need to be located near HO in Basingstoke (a requirement to be in HO Basingstoke 1 day a week). Role requirements * Driving profitable growth in line with company target setting * Account planning (yearly planning and regular updates according to needs of business) and steer account success according to agreed sales and profit targets * Develop strong cross functional relationships within account base across (i.e. buying, merchandise, marketing, finance, supply) to create an even stronger partnership * Annual or bi-annual range reviews * Work to a set journey Plan calling on Wholesalers to the professional hairdressing Industry. * Responsible of account growth of designated region. * Assess the performance and ROI of all promotions and marketing campaigns for future planning * Promotional planning, presenting new product ranges. * Monitor competitor activity and communicate to the wider team. * Complete data driven sales forecasts on a rolling 12 month. * Manage trade spend & financial sign off. Experience/skills required * Ideally 2 + years account management, sales experience within key UK accounts wholesalers and/or Salons, Hair, Beauty, Fashion, lifestyle branded goods. * Track record in overdelivering on targets set both in terms of sales and profitability * Powerful presentation & strong selling and negotiation skills * Range categorisation and brand strategies * Ability to build and sustain strong relations * Time Management with effective planning * High numeracy and analytical skills (P&Ls, margins) Benefits * Remote/Field Based, Pension, Private Medical and Dental, Life Assurance and amazing culture.
