We are recruiting for a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established service team. This role offers strong earning potential, varied work, and long-term stability. Engineers at all levels of experience will be considered.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Overtime and call-out required and paid at enhanced rates
- Commission on sales leads generated from new customers introduced by you
- Company van and tools provided
- Van available for domestic use

Working Hours
- Site hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid break
- 30-minute unpaid travel allowance each way
Duties
- Reactive service calls to refrigeration equipment
- Installation work including chiller and freezer rooms, beer cellars, and remote shop display systems
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Reactive fault finding and repairs
- Air conditioning installations
- Preventative maintenance
Overtime & Call-Out
- Participation in overtime and call-out rota is required
- All overtime, weekends, bank holidays, and call-out are paid at enhanced rates
Holiday & Sickness
- 5.6 weeks holiday per year, including bank holidays
- 10 days paid sickness after 12 months' service
Requirements
- F-Gas certification is required
- Experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning (all levels considered)
- Strong fault-finding skills and a professional approach
