As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping businesses recruit high-quality talent while supporting candidates throughout their job search. You'll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

The Role

  • Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates for commercial vacancies.
  • Writing engaging job advertisements and managing candidate attraction.
  • Matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
  • Managing the interview and offer process.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conducting client meetings and site visits.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets.
