New Business Executive – Residential Property Bournemouth & Poole Full-Time

Are you confident, organised, and driven by building strong client relationships? We are working with a fantastic, forward-thinking law firm, recognised in the Legal 500, who are seeking a New Business Executive to join their Residential Property team.

This is a fast-paced role where you\’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, helping to generate business, build relationships with local agents, and ensure clients receive a seamless and professional experience from day one.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Handling new enquiries, providing quotations, and taking client instructions.

  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring smooth handover to the team.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local Estate Agents and other third parties.

  • Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Supporting the team with administration and ensuring a positive client journey.

  • Monitoring client satisfaction and contributing ideas to improve the overall experience.

What we\’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or new client onboarding.

  • Knowledge of the property sector (Estate Agency, Conveyancing, or Property Management) is highly desirable.

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using case management systems.

  • A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
