New Business Executive – Residential Property Bournemouth & Poole Full-Time
Are you confident, organised, and driven by building strong client relationships? We are working with a fantastic, forward-thinking law firm, recognised in the Legal 500, who are seeking a New Business Executive to join their Residential Property team.
This is a fast-paced role where you\’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, helping to generate business, build relationships with local agents, and ensure clients receive a seamless and professional experience from day one.
What you\’ll be doing:

Handling new enquiries, providing quotations, and taking client instructions.

Managing the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring smooth handover to the team.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local Estate Agents and other third parties.

Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance and regulatory standards.

Supporting the team with administration and ensuring a positive client journey.

Monitoring client satisfaction and contributing ideas to improve the overall experience.
What we\’re looking for:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or new client onboarding.

Knowledge of the property sector (Estate Agency, Conveyancing, or Property Management) is highly desirable.

Confident communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
