We are looking for a Multilingual Careline Advisor to support customers across the Benelux region for a well-known global food & healthcare brand. If you are fluent in French and Dutch, this is a fantastic opportunity to put your language skills to great use!
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for consumers across phone, email, and social media
- Handle queries and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and care
- Engage with customers on platforms like Facebook & Instagram, moderating and responding to comments and messages
- Work with a skilled team of specialists to deliver best-in-class customer experience
What You'll Need:
- Fluent French and Dutch, with strong English communication
- Previous experience in customer care (preferably in food or healthcare)
- Confidence using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively
- A team player with flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional weekends
