What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is a production‐facing quality role, working closely with assembly and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out electrical and mechanical inspections
  • Performing functional and final testing
  • Reviewing build documentation and test records
  • Identifying and logging non‐conformances
  • Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
  • Working from technical drawings and wiring schematics
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor

This is not a desk‐based managerial role – it is practical, hands‐on, and embedded in production.
