Finance Administrator – £27,000 📍 Full-time | Office-based | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Are you an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking to grow your career within a supportive and collaborative team? We\’re recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a busy finance department, providing varied support with a strong focus on sales ledger responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous finance admin experience to join a friendly, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What you\’ll be doing: Producing daily sales invoices Posting and allocating incoming payments based on customer remittances Processing customer credit card receipts Entering manual invoices and credit notes Uploading data to customer/supplier portals Registering and posting general stock purchase invoices Reconciling supplier statements to identify any omissions or discrepancies Monitoring shared finance email inboxes and directing messages to the right team member Providing general finance support across the department, including occasional cover for credit control and other ad-hoc tasks What we\’re looking for: Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role Good working knowledge of invoicing and reconciliation processes Confident with Microsoft Excel and finance systems Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you are interested, apply now!
