Maintenance Engineer / Service Engineer – £45,000 to £55,000 | London + Surrounding Areas\\n\\nAre you an experienced Maintenance or Service Engineer looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity? \\n\\nThe Role:\\nWe're hiring Maintenance Engineers to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on life safety smoke control systems across London and surrounding area. You'll be on-site Monday to Friday during standard business hours (some early starts and occasional overnight stays required).\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nInspect, test, repair, and maintain natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems\\n\\nProduce detailed service reports for each visit\\n\\nLiaise with clients to diagnose faults and recommend solutions\\n\\nCollaborate with the maintenance department to identify opportunities\\n\\nWhat We're Looking For:\\n\\nExperience in fault finding and working with electrical control panels\\n\\n18th Edition Electrical Qualification + Level 3 Electrical or equivalent\\n\\nWorking at height experience\\n\\nECS or CSCS Card (preferred)\\n\\nFull UK driving license (max 6 points)\\n\\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills\\n\\nWhat You'll Get in Return:\\n\\nSalary between £45,000 – £55,000\\n\\n23 days holiday (rising to 30) + bank holidays\\n\\nCompany van, laptop, iPhone, and testing equipment\\n\\nBupa healthcare after qualifying period\\n\\nEnhanced sick pay after 12 months\\n\\nFunded training & career development\\n\\nCompany events at Christmas and in the summer\\n\\nHours: Full-time, Permanent | Mon-Fri, minimum 40 hours/week\\n\\nReady to Apply?\\nIf you're passionate about safety, service, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you!
