We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Service Director on behalf of our client, a well‑established specialist business operating nationally across the UK. This senior leadership role is suited to an individual with a strong background in service operations, commercial management, and team leadership. The successful candidate will lead the growth and performance of the service division, driving operational improvements, revenue growth, and long‑term customer relationships while contributing to wider business strategy.
Location
The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance of one of the key operational regions including Leicester, the Midlands, North West, or London, with flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage UK‑wide multi‑site service operations
- Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency
- Grow recurring revenue and service contract agreements
- Lead and develop service, planning, and engineering teams
