Location: ROMSEY
Salary: £25,396.80 basic | OTE £29,000+
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days over 7, including Saturdays)
Responsibilities:
- Upselling and cross-selling motor services on every suitable opportunity
- Booking services, MOTs, investigations, recalls and related appointments
- Identifying booking opportunities through fact-finding and customer needs
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries at first contact
- Accurately recording customer information while meeting compliance standards
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
About You:
- Sales experience preferred (call centre experience ideal but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Target-driven with the ability to close sales and handle objections
- Team player with good IT skills (email & Microsoft products)
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
