To make sure every customer experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels. Ensuring top-tier service is maintained to meet team targets. Managing membership accounts and handling customer feedback. Delivering clear and friendly communication.
