Salary: 38,000 per annum + commission

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for health and wellness? Our client, a well-established supplier in the natural and organic products sector, is looking for a Territory Manager to join their growing field sales team. This role covers London postcodes and involves developing strong relationships with a variety of retail outlets, including health stores, pharmacies, farm shops, and convenience stores. With over 18,000 products across 1,100 healthy lifestyle brands, our client offers a dynamic product range and a supportive, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing accounts to assess commercial viability
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Promote a bi-monthly sales cycle featuring exclusive brand promotions
  • Educate customers on product benefits and financial incentives
  • Increase the uptake of exclusive product lines
  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback with the wider team
  • Deliver clear and engaging presentations and proposals
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide weekly activity reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and growth
  • Handle additional duties as required in line with the role

  • Proven track record in field sales or territory management
  • Strong lead generation and business development skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation abilities
