Our client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer to join their field-based team. This role offers a local patch covering the Bristol and surrounding areas.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio including hospitality, retail, and food production environments, carrying out service, maintenance, repair, and occasional installation of commercial refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities- Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of equipment
- Completion of planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensuring high standards of compliance and customer service
- 3+ years experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC
- F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
- £35,000 to £48,000 salary DOE
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (including weekends)
- Door-to-door pay
- Company van and fuel card
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 30 days with service)
- Additional birthday leave
- Private healthcare / £500 annual pension contribution
- Life insurance and sick pay
