We are looking for a Photographer to join our team at Capture studios. You will be part of our in-house photography team, working to deliver high quality imagery for clients, both direct and via our group business. Working to brief, you will deliver photography to creative requirements and client brand guidelines via a mixture of studio and location, working alongside producers, Art Directors, Account teams and clients direct.

Possessing good communication skills, you will be a focused, hard-working individual that has the maturity and empathy to take direction well. You must be able to remain calm and professional, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude when working either individually or as part of a wider team. The successful candidature will maintain a consistent high level of photography that is complementary to the creative direction of the business. Bringing an understanding of new trends, technologies, aesthetics, advertising campaigns and leading commercial photographers’ work to stay inspired, to bring the correct and forward-thinking approach to every shoot.

You will have good planning and organisational skills and be happy in presenting ideas or solutions through to file management.

Requirements
  • A strong portfolio is essential for this position.
  • This will demonstrate your expert knowledge of lighting techniques, photography skills and retouching ability.
  • Highly competent in Photoshop and image processing software such as CaptureOne, you will be used to working in a creative studio environment and enjoy the challenge of developing more junior members of the team.
  • A full driving licence is required as a percentage of the role will include shooting on location.
