Part of a very busy ops team, supporting in all areas of production. Will be able to work quickly and accurately with a number of platforms and software. Will be key support on monthly reporting and other admin functions and will also learn to support on smaller creative and digital projects. Ops is key to the business operating in an efficient way, the role will touch upon many different areas and the role requires an agile attitude as each day will bring new challenges and new responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timesheets are updated daily
  • Assisting with PO’s, invoicing and credit card reconciliation
  • Assist in resource scheduling and booking of FL’s
  • Assist in utilisation reporting
  • Assist in tracking and reporting against hour anomalies on projects
  • Assist in tracking OT and FL spend
  • Support with smaller single channel projects
  • Ability to support the wider team on software & admin projects
