Who are we looking for? You’re a customer-focused Account Manager who is proactive, self-motivated and used to working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects with varying deadlines. Your key skills lie in customer service, project management, attention to detail and an understanding of the print production process when you’re working with your clients. You thrive in a fully client facing environment and understand the nuances between integrating yourself into a client’s marketing team and being an Account Manager delivering the best to your client.

Where does this role fit in? In this role you will be a key part of the account management team based onsite at our client’s head office on a hybrid basis, you will take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service. Part of an account management team of 5 people reporting to the Account Director. This role involves taking briefs from the customer, working closely with a production manager at ITG’s 24 / 7 studio in Birmingham that manage the creation of artwork, managing costs and production with ITG’s supply chain to ensure successful delivery to our client’s stores. Working at all times to the critical path and ensuring all deadlines are met.
