ITG are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content that drives new business success, then this could be the role for you! As Marketing Manager, you will develop and activate the content strategy based on acquisition targets. You will create a full multichannel content calendar to raise awareness of our expertise in halo content (delivered through our four core pillars of Capture, Create, Automate and Integrate), and to drive new leads to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with our lead gen targets, focus sectors and key capabilities.
- Create compelling and relevant multichannel marketing content through a variety of marketing assets and materials, including (but not limited to): thought marketing/prospect campaigns, leadership, podcasts, email newsletters, case studies, social media content, website, events and much more.
- Collaborate with our Social & Digital manager, New Business and Sales team to ensure we’re understanding and reaching the right prospective clients through our targeted campaigns.
- Website management – ensuring our and Capture Studios websites are up to date with the latest news and case studies.
- Building strong relationships with third parties, such as publications to align PR/campaign opportunities within our marketing plan.
- Manage the marketing of our four pillars across our websites, implementing digital performance strategies and SEO, as well as creating new landing pages for campaigns, case studies and more.
Requirements

- Experience working across multichannel lead-gen campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of what content works in different channels, including LinkedIn, PR and events for a B2B audience.
- Digital experience across websites as well as experience producing video content for campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (the ideal candidate will be capable of presenting campaign plans and results back to the business).
- Ability to interpret results from marketing campaigns and make decisions on next best action.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with SMEs from a range of disciplines.
- Second-to-none project management and organisational skills – you will be operating in an environment of ever-changing priorities.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Have a demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity, across different departments/services.
- Are results-oriented, with a proven ability to prioritise, drive and achieve results through yourself and others under time pressure.
- Have extensive relevant experience (at least 4-5+ years in a similar role or client services).
- Have prior exposure to working alongside a sales team, as well as digital marketing and content management.
- Have social media know-how and SEO expertise.
- Understand key principles of UX design.
- Want to work in a multinational, results-driven and fast-growing environment.
