Join us at the forefront of retail media innovation—drive strategic partnerships across the UK and US to shape a new product, win early clients, and influence key business decisions from day one. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Strategic Partnerships Lead to build and scale a network of commercial partnerships for a new retail media product. With a strong focus on the UK and US markets, this role is pivotal in acquiring early clients, generating revenue, and shaping the product and business strategy.
Key outcomes of the role:
- Identify, initiate, and develop strategic partnerships with:
- Retailers and their retail media networks
- Retail and DTC brands
- Media and performance agencies
- Retail media ecosystem platforms (e.g., martech, adtech, CDPs)
About you:
- Have a passion for retail media
- Bring demonstrable experience in strategic business development, partnerships, or B2B sales within retail and/or retail media
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Bring the experience working with clients or partners in the UK or US markets
- Be curious, research, and ask questions
- Be results and target driven
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing
