Join us at the forefront of retail media innovation—drive strategic partnerships across the UK and US to shape a new product, win early clients, and influence key business decisions from day one. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Strategic Partnerships Lead to build and scale a network of commercial partnerships for a new retail media product. With a strong focus on the UK and US markets, this role is pivotal in acquiring early clients, generating revenue, and shaping the product and business strategy.

Key outcomes of the role:

  • Identify, initiate, and develop strategic partnerships with:
  • Retailers and their retail media networks
  • Retail and DTC brands
  • Media and performance agencies
  • Retail media ecosystem platforms (e.g., martech, adtech, CDPs)
  • Co-develop the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with the CCO and product team
  • Support the creation of sales and partnership materials including pitch decks, proposals, and pricing models
  • Lead the full sales and partnership cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Test and refine commercial models (e.g., CPC, tenancy, revenue share, SaaS)
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and product demos
  • About you:

    • Have a passion for retail media
    • Bring demonstrable experience in strategic business development, partnerships, or B2B sales within retail and/or retail media
    • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
    • Bring the experience working with clients or partners in the UK or US markets
